Olive Tasting in Casablanca, Morocco

One of the highlights of our trip to Morocco was the delicious olives – more specifically, the green olives. They were perfectly dressed without being too salty or too heavily spiced. Olives are like their version of chips and salsa, every restaurant serves them when you’re seated as an appetizer and we’re not exaggerating when we say that Tricia would finish the entire bowl.
